Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used makeup products.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@jonesroaduaty.site with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
3. Pack the items securely and ship them back to us using the provided address.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
